Mr. Muhammad Hashim Lodhi is an enrolled advocate of the Sub Ordinate Courts of Pakistan and is in charge of the Regulatory Compliance division of the Firm. His competence as an able advocate, who is well versed in a multitude of laws is complimented by two decades worth of experience during which he has developed his niche within the relevant government departments which enables him to better assist our clients.

From company incorporation, registration of partnerships, societies, not for profits organizations to regulatory compliances, Mr. Hashim is responsible for providing a one stop solution to our clients. He deals with and represents our clients before a number of regulatory and statutory bodies of Pakistan, including but not limited to Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Board of Investment, Employees’ Social Security Institutions, State Bank of Pakistan and Employees Old Age Benefits Institution.

Mr. Hashim is also in charge of the Intellectual Property division of the Firm and has in his long and successful career, provided a wide range of services in the IP arena, including IP Searches, compliances, registration of trademarks, patents, designs and copyrights and finally to the enforcement of rights through actions in courts of competent jurisdiction.

Mr. Hashim has also represented our Clients before the Sindh Revenue Board and the Federal Board of Revenue and is a proficient and able taxation expert well versed in the laws of the industry.
