Hamna Faruqui’s work primarily focuses predominantly on contentious and non-contentious corporate and commercial matters. She has experience advising on legal and regulatory matters and also advises in corporate and commercial matters in the finance, energy, construction, information technology, succession, real estate, aviation and labour sectors. She also works with partners on advisory matters as well as corporate structuring and restructuring as well as corporate transactions including drafting opinions and agreements.

Additionally, Hamna also works with the partners on a range of litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution matters. She has a particular focus on legal research and drafting and assists the litigation team with constitutional, commercial, company and civil cases.
